Software Engineering

We build and maintain the software your business runs on

Custom systems, integrations, applied AI, automation, websites, and cloud infrastructure. We take on new projects as well as systems already in production, and you work directly with the engineer leading the work.

No formal brief needed. A short description is enough to get started.

When companies call us

Where we usually help

Some companies come to us with a new project. Others already have a system in production and need someone to keep improving it, connect it to other tools, or fix problems that have piled up.

You need to get a project off the ground

You have the idea and the business rules, but you need someone to design the architecture and build it properly from the start.

Your product needs to keep moving

The product is live and the backlog keeps growing. You need engineering capacity to keep up without breaking what already works.

Your tools don’t talk to each other

ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, and in-house systems with duplicated data and a lot of manual work to move information between them.

Production is causing headaches

Slow pages, recurring errors, risky deployments, or infrastructure nobody feels safe touching.

What we do

From development to infrastructure

We work across the whole software lifecycle: building, integrations, AI, deployment, and maintenance. You can hire us for one piece or hand us the whole thing.

Software development

Custom web systems, APIs, and backends, plus new features for products you already have.

For example: customer portals, admin dashboards, APIs, and complex business rules.

Applied AI and automation

We bring AI into your systems and processes: assistants that work with your company’s data, agents that carry out tasks, and automations that take repetitive work off your team.

For example: internal assistants, AI agents connected to your systems, and process automation.

Integrations and modernization

We connect systems, APIs, and third-party tools. We also modernize older applications step by step, planning the migration so operations keep running during the change.

For example: ERP and CRM integrations and legacy system migrations.

Infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps

We set up and look after cloud environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and the infrastructure that keeps your product online.

For example: cloud environment setup, CI/CD, monitoring, and cost reviews.

Production support

We investigate incidents, fix bugs, and improve performance in production systems. This is engineering support, with terms agreed in the contract.

For example: bug fixes, performance tuning, and ongoing maintenance.

Websites and landing pages

Fast, well-structured company websites and landing pages, ready for leads and campaigns.

For example: company websites, product pages, and lead capture pages.

Don’t see what you need?

Tell us about it anyway. If it’s a software engineering problem, we’ll give you an honest answer about whether we can help.

How we start

It starts with a conversation

Before any proposal, we want to understand your situation: what exists today, what needs to change, and what matters most.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

It can be an idea, a system with problems, or a list of improvements. No formal document required.

  2. 2

    We recommend a path

After the conversation, you get a proposal. When there’s a lot of uncertainty, we suggest starting with a technical assessment or a smaller pilot.

  3. 3

    We get to work

It can be a fixed-scope project or an ongoing monthly engagement, whichever fits best.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you only work on existing systems?

No. We build projects from scratch and also take over systems that are already in use.

Who will work on my project?

Bruno coordinates the work and takes part in the technical decisions. Depending on the size and the skills needed, other professionals join the project, always coordinated by Ternavisk.

Do you work with AI?

Yes. We integrate AI models into existing systems, build agents that carry out tasks, and automate processes. Before proposing AI, we check whether it actually solves the problem.

How does support work?

It’s technical support for production systems: investigating errors, fixes, performance, and maintenance. Hours, response times, and channels are defined in the contract. 24/7 on-call coverage is not part of the standard offer.

How do we start, and what does it cost?

The first conversation is free. After that, we send a proposal: a fixed-scope project, an ongoing monthly engagement, or, when there’s more uncertainty, a technical assessment first.

Do you work with companies outside Brazil?

Yes. Ternavisk was created to serve companies in Brazil and abroad, especially in the United States. Terms are agreed for each contract.

Which company signs the contract?

Ternavisk is the commercial brand of Ternavisk Soluções em TI, a Brazilian company. The contracting entity is always stated clearly in each contract.
