Privacy policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects, what we do with it, and what you can ask of us.
Who is responsible
Ternavisk Soluções em TI, a Brazilian company that operates under the Ternavisk brand, is the controller of the data described here.
Our data protection officer is Bruno Ternavisk.
For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form on this website.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, email, company, and the message you write. We don’t ask for sensitive information, so please leave it out of your message.
When you visit: our hosting provider logs technical data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser type. Every website does this. It keeps the site secure and running.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and it does not let third parties collect information about your activity across other websites. Because nothing is tracked, Do Not Track signals don’t change how the site works.
If this changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
We use form data to reply to you, understand what you need, and, if it makes sense for both sides, prepare a proposal. Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 7, V).
Technical access data is used to protect the site and keep it running, based on legitimate interest (Article 7, IX).
We don’t sell your data, share it for third-party marketing, or add you to mailing lists without asking.
Who else handles the data
Data only goes through the providers needed to run the site: the hosting provider, the service that receives the contact form and the email service where we read your message.
These providers may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States. The transfer is needed to handle your contact request.
We may also disclose data when the law or a competent authority requires it.
How long we keep it
If the conversation doesn’t turn into a project, we delete your message within 12 months of our last contact. If it does, the data follows the terms of the contract and the retention periods required by law.
Technical access logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period it sets.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner, at any time.
Your rights
Under the LGPD, you can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, give you access to it, correct it, delete it, or anonymize or block data that isn’t needed. You can also ask for a copy to take to another provider, ask who we share it with, and object to how it is used.
We reply within 15 days. If you’re not satisfied with the answer, you can file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
You can make these requests wherever you live, including in the United States.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the person who answers contact requests can read the messages. No system is immune to failure. If an incident could affect you, we will let you know and notify the ANPD when the law requires it.

This site links to LinkedIn. Once you’re there, LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from children or teenagers.
Changes to this policy
When something important changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects data you have already sent us, we will tell you at the email you gave us.
